“I recently enjoyed a stay at the Sugarloaf Key Hotel at KOA Resort, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, complete with a kitchen that made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to have the option to cook your own meals when traveling! The resort itself is well-kept and clean, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I did notice that there are quite a few rules in place, particularly regarding noise. “Basic accommodations, nothing fancy, the property is showing its age. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and the paper was on the back of the toilet. However, the room was clean, the a/c worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and the property is a lower-priced alternative to the high-priced hotels in Key West. Previews reviews had commented that the rooms near the bar get a lot of noise, so I requested a quiet room and they gave me the one furthest from the bar. It was quiet. I would……

“We loved this little house in Venture Out Resort. It was well stocked and had everything we needed except coffee, salt and pepper. The store on property was convenient. We used the bicycles to explore the property and ride to the pool. The location was convenient to Key West and Bahia Honda State Park. We would definitely stay again. ”
