“Great family room, spacious. Lovely outdoor space for children. Food was excellent, very generous portions. Gluten free catered for very well. Unfortunately the shower in room 33 constantly dripped. Other than that great 1 night stay after a long day at Twycross Zoo. Thanks”

“I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean. The only downside was my room felt a bit cold. I didn’t ask about the heating, maybe if I had they’d have helped. Breakfast was……

“We choose The Boot Inn to stay overnight as we were meeting family for dinner in nearby Mercia Marina, we were warmly greeted and shown to our room which was as described on website, very comfortable and stylishly designed, breakfast was very much to our liking and the options were plentiful should you need. ”

Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. “Super stay - high quality furnished room, and quiet late on, despite the vibrant atmosphere at the adjoining pub. Only thing I could perhaps find fault with would be the high tog rating for the duvet (which made for a rather warm night !)”
