“基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。”

“Overall it was pretty good to be fair, though I think a few things could be improved. The check in was straight forward and you're given a printed sheet to put in the front of the car to cover parking in the pay & display at the rear of the building. The room was small but comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. There were fresh towels and plenty of tea & coffee. The food we had was really nice and fairly priced, and the breakfast was good too. The only complaint I would have with the……

“Very basic hotel. In room, bed, TV, chair, shelf and cold hard floor. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Good staff team.”
