“Lovely hotel in beautiful location with great rooms. Needs more staff and hence service is lacking. Also could do with a decent bar as it would be an amazing place to sit and have adrink.”

“A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together.
There were just a few things we thought to mention:
1. No WiFi came as a huge surprise. Personally we (and probably most) assumed there would be wifi. We would’ve really appreciated this being explicitly stated.
2. There was practically no communication from the hosts, just an empty email with a pin on……
