“The hotel did everything to cater for outdoor eating and drinking to indoor restaurant with comfy seating to relax in. Rooms came equipped with everything you may need and were spotless. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to cater to my celiac food requirement. Nothing was too much trouble. “We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, the team were busy and to be expected. We were then attended to within a few minutes. Polite and friendly and shown to our room. It was a building near the pub. Parking was free and able to park outside the pub. Its all situated in a square,like a market square surrounded by big granite hills. “Room especially the toilet was huge and comfortable. They also gave very large towels which was great. Only gitch as the housekeepinb fell short on the last day - the bins werent emptied and the floor towel was not replaced.”

“I had a great stay at Y Pengwern Hotel. The room was super cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed to feel right at home - perfect for winding down after a day out. I really appreciated the extra heaters they provided—perfect if you like the room toasty and warm. The view from the window was absolutely stunning. “Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again!
