“Rooms are basic, kind of dark. It's clean and quiet and the owners are super nice and helpful. There is a shared kitchen area. Great pool. But if you don't have a car or golf cart, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.”

“We love staying at El Manglar. Its so close to the beach making it super easy to walk to go surfing or spend time in the gorgeous beach of Playa Grande. ”

“Property is far away from anything. Wasn't able to leave early because the gate way locked. There was a dog that was biting my leg the whole time I was there until I went into my room. The place is basically a shack, and the floor in the room was pealing. This is the worst place I've ever stayed at.”

Incredibly kind and helpful staff, delicious smoothies at their cafe, and a refreshing pool. Staying in a capsule hotel was a fun and new experience, even for someone like me who's a little tall 😂”

However, the gracious host, Stefan, went above and beyond by setting me up with a neighbor for the night and showed me a great local restaurant, Pacific Seafood, which was out of this world, then made a phenomenal breakfast in the morning! While many hosts may have said they're sorry, it's Expedia's fault, which it was. However, at Antemo Lodge, Stefan stepped up and solved the problem by ensuring I was cared for. Antemo……
