“The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep ”

“We’re checked in and then we went to the our room the Bed was dirty and has hair I called the manager and they came and replaced the Bed sheets ,by the way the hotel lobby has just 6-8 only The entrance doors very heavy , If you order Uber some time they missed the location ”

“Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.”

“I booked this property because of the reviews and high ratings. When we arrived, I was surprised that the concrete bedroom floor looked unfinished. No one has mentioned it in a review, and if you come from North America, you are used to carpeted or hardwood floors and not concrete. The bedroom floor wasn't properly cleaned, and the concrete floor looks dirty. I informed management right away via WhatsApp. The next morning, Maria came and had a look. She promised to have the floor……
