“We have stayed at Hotel Petaluma before. We enjoy the proximity to downtown. The people working there are amazing. The rooms are only ok. This time the bathroom while quite large, was showing lots of wear. Rust in the sink and shower. It’s also odd that there are no pictures on the walls. The room was very bland. ”

“I enjoyed the 50's/60's vibe at the property. There was a huge pool at the hotel and a nice hot tub. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The only drawback for me was the food. I only ate breakfast there but it was expensive with limited options and what I had was mediocre. I was also surprised that they did not offer iced tea! One of my daily must haves ;-)”

“Let me preface by saying if you are looking for a shiny modern hotel, this is not the place for you. What it is, is a charming old school motor hotel where you can park right at your room. Employees were very frienfly, the check in area was nice, easy access from the freeway, comfortable beds, and the highlight for me was the massive park-like tropical grounds with massive old growth trees, adirondack chairs, hammocks, and a good size pool and hot tub. All rooms are ground floor, and the setting……

“When you pay in excess of $225 per room per night the additional $10 per day parking fee is just greed! If they want to control outsiders from parking on their property simply give each checked in guess the parking permit.”
