“The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. All the staff was WONDERFUL with exception of the gal (multi-color hair) at the front desk when I EMERGED FROM THE STUCK ELEVATOR which delayed my check-out and made me late!!! I was stuck in there about 6 minutes and the emergency phone put me on hold and I was able to flag down an employee as the elevator was all glass--Thankfully. She failed to apologize or ANYTHING!
