“Hotel was in a nice area and the room and property were nice. However I did find the cleanliness of room a little off putting. The kitchen looked as if the cabinets, microwave and refrigerator hadn't been wiped down in awhile. You could see food caked up on cabinet handles as well as microwave and refrigerator handles. The bathroom door had what looked like food stains on it. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was very good.”

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……

“Staff was polite and attentive. However I booked a King room and received a double. Hotel was nearly at capacity and didn’t have any Kings available. I spoke with the front desk and they claimed Expedia sent the wrong booking. When checking with Expedia they claimed it was the hotel. The front desk person said she would check with management and someone would get back with me. No one did. Secondly in the entry to the hotel they have an aerosol room spray on a timer.
