“The area was pretty noisy”

“斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。 早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。”

“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”

“Very nice hotel and very nice neighborhood. Super clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. High quality amenities, including body lotion, very much appreciated, as well as laundry room self operated, very practical. Breakfast different every day and wonderful options. The staff is a chapter worth of mention, everybody so kind and attentive. First time in this Hilton brand and definitely now a favorite.”

“The only issue we stayed 3 nights 2 guests and only got 3 towels. Had to call for towels and they were brought quickly. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. ”
