“The property manager never sent access to the apartment. Wouldn’t respond on the messager, text message or phone call. They didn’t have a voicemail set up so we couldn’t leave a voicemail. We sat outside the property for an hour while VRBO tried to reach them and the response from customer service was to cancel the booking and get a refund. VRBO said they were not going to compensate us at all bc it was only a 1 night rental. The entire city was booked out due to games and F1 races and were left……
