“Our stay started off with the owner allowing us to check in a bit early which was awesome! Communication was great and every detail was covered. We had a great weekend enjoying the beach just a half block away and walking to restaurants and shops that were all very close by. We even spent a little time relaxing at the pool. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this spot!! Thank you to the owner for making this a terrific birthday weekend……

“Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!”
