“We booked this home for graduation weekend and it was a wonderful choice. There was plenty of space for all of us in this comfortable and clean home. We enjoyed the backyard and the short walk to the beach and the ice cream shop were bonuses.”

“Our group of 6 friends thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Raymond's gorgeous home. The location is great, so quiet and pretty - but just a short drive to everything going on in town. We took great walks through the nearby preserve to the beach, and down the cool Mesa Lane steps (check it out!). The home feels very modern but still comfortable, with plenty of room to just hang out (indoors and out). We would return in a heartbeat!”

“We loved D’Arcy’s place in Summerland. We were attending an event in Santa Barbara and the location was perfect. Easy access to SB. We had a great time walking down the street to the Summerland Cafe, Rusty’s Pizza and Lookout Park. My family of 4 fit just right in the apartment. D’Arcy left many great snacks and sent us a few messages with helpful information. We would definitely recommend her place to others. ”

“What a lovely spot to relax and reconnect! This house had the perfect setting plus proximity on foot to the village of Montecito and Butterfly beach. The beds were super comfy and the unit had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again! ”

“Comfy and cute. Appreciated the snacks and water and fresh cut flowers. Extra blankets, pillows, and towels easy to find. Good communication with Fatima. I will echo what others have said about the shower as I was glad someone had previously reviewed and mentioned it so I could make my own decision- it is about 18-24 inches down without a safe way to step in and a large picture window which is uncovered. I had a plan to make that all work for me. There is no other option to shower otherwise. It……
