“The only night of our trip I did not prebook, and we hit the jackpot! Clodagh’s place is gorgeous, luxurious, ideally located on the water, and close to the action but far enough away to be a peaceful haven. The room was huge and well stocked, breakfast was sumptuous, and meeting Clodagh was like reconnecting with an old friend. Highly recommend! I want to come back and stay a week. ”

Had Aoife for my massage at the spa and was wonderful .
Some redecoration work happening on ground floor which did not impact our stay.
Breakfast was 7-10, we kindly got a reminder call at 0930 that breakfast finishes at 10 - without it we would have missed breakfast.
Nice efficient Brasserie - clearly popular with locals , so am glad we booked a table.
Reception very helpful .
One of our party decided to stay extra night , and negotiated a good rate.

“Nice little B&B, the only issue was that it’s not air conditioned, nor did it have a fan so it was pretty warm in the room.
Liz was very sweet and gave us some good advice for our drive.”

Ciò detto, questo albergo ha risposto in pieno alle aspettative, pur non trovandosi in un luogo remoto (il paesino vicino con pub ristorante è a meno di un chilometro), la tranquillità è assoluta e l'espressione "immerso nella natura" è tutt'altro che retorica. Ci sentiamo assolutamente di raccomandarlo. Magari averlo a duecento chilometri da casa!”
