“This flat is very comfortable, three nice bedrooms, and a great living space. Two nice decks to enjoy the sun. It’s very conveniently located near Sherbrooke metro station. Great Mexican restaurant across the street, Manhana. Comfortable for a family get away in the Plateau area. We had everything we needed. Vlad was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here in future. ”

“This property was excellent for my group of 5 friends. 1 room is off the dining area separated by a curtain which worked well for our group. The two full baths and 1 half bath were great! Kitchen was well appointed. Getting in and out was easy peesy!”

The condo was located on a well established street of restaurants and bars. People walk out the door and walk two minutes to pick up a phenomenal breakfast may the start of the day very easy. “Spend Easter weekend enjoying this property in the heart of Montreal with great restaurants and all other amenity needed within walking distance. Seating and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped all we needed for Easter family dinner. The shared outside patio is large and welcoming although too early in the season for the cushions to be place on the furniture.
