“Loved this hotel. I visit Liverpool often and this will definitely not be my last visit to this hotel. Beautiful and right next to the Liver Building. Conveniently placed for the docks and near enough to town. Added bonus to have a wonderful spa and swimming pool on site. I would wholeheartedly recommend ”

“Convince and nice hotel”

“The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.”

“房間長期有機器聲音出來，晚上深夜也有。 另外， 早餐質素很差， 不多選擇。 加床的床太軟。 地鐵，距離火車站有一套路， 但尚算ok. 服務尙算ok。 ”

“方便，整潔，近購物中心，整體十分滿意，唯是沒有停車場，要泊其他地方停車場或泊後街路邊收費停車位，下次再到利物浦市會再入住。”

“Could do with clearer instructions on exactly where the door is and where the lockers are, The apartment was clean and tidy, needed a bowl or a plug in the kitchen sink so you could wash up, also a brush and brush pan so you could sweep the every day crumbs etc up. The shower was very hot, impossible to make it a comfortable temperature. I would definitely recommend them”
