“Staff was excellent - very good customer service. Gold concierge staff were amazing. Delicious breakfast and afternoon canapés were delightful. Room very comfortable. Suggestions - I would like to see complimentary wine served with canapés as does other similar higher end hotels. Also, we couldn’t make it back for the evening dessert window. So I would have liked a chance to have it delivered to our room - that would have been a very nice touch.”
