“The front desk and valet staff were always friendly, courteous and engaging. My 21st floor room had an excellent view of the city and I loved its layout and floor to ceiling glass windows. The location was super convenient and I felt safe as a solo traveler.”

“We’ve stayed here twice. I absolutely love the style and the decor. The bar is fabulous and tho I wouldn’t walk thru the surrounding neighborhoods, I would def grab a quick uber to the square for dinner. My only complaint is that they don’t allow you to lower the thermostat or adjust the fan on the ac. They will provide a fan if you ask. ”
