“We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable, good range of tea and coffees.
There was no running water when we checked in (and disappointing that we weren't told this at the check.in desk) but it was resolved within the hour.
No robe and towel for the spa in the room so we had to dash back and forth there.
The spa should close at 8pm on Saturdays but we were asked to leave at 7.40. This was made up for by being able to use the spa after check out the following day.

“Very good accommodation, bed was so comfortable. Easy walk to O2, they say 10 mins, i think more like 5mins. I would certainly stay again. Breakfast was excellent and bar had great fuellers beer.”
