“Very comfortable stay. Room was quiet even though bar and restaurant are obviously popular. Amenities also included a hair dryer (which the listing didn't mention), magnifying mirror, tea/coffee and biscuits. Good internet signal. Would recommend. ”

“This is a beautiful old house that has been made into a hotel. It looks and feels like it has a lot of history. It is a lovely tranquil place. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Wifi in the room and common areas. They do nice homemade pizza's, with a good selection of toppings. There is a small bar. The breakfast is self serve, nice food. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. I would stay here again when in the area. ”

“Excellent price, beautiful location, facilities very clean and well equipped bathroom. Would’ve been nice to have a double mattress instead of two single beds, but it worked well anyway. Excellent stay, no complaints”

“There are not enough superlatives to describe this hotel and its incredible grounds! The food was Excellent - better than the Michelin * restuarants I have been to recently in London and Venice. The grounds are spectacular - all 66 acres of them and its worth visiting just for this alone. The bedrooms are very nice and confortable. We had an Orangery suite which has Aircon. The Main house rooms do not. The staff were superb! Expecially compared to some other much more expensive hotels……

“We love Four Seasons Hampshire so much! This was our 4th stay and it was as excellent as ever. This is a five star hotel so be prepared for five star prices, but the staff and service make it all worth it. We’ll be back next summer and are already looking forward to it Two nits: First, they used to have an art sculpture on the front lawn that has been sold to a guest. I was sorry to hear this, but really think the front lawn needs another piece. Hoping we’ll see one when we visit……

“Almost all good. The room itself was spacious and well equipped. Fresh milk in the fridge, quality teas and coffees, biscuits, great shower, lighting, fan, tv, radio, quality bed and bedding, sofa and toiletries. I'm sure there are more positives... My minor negative observations - check in wasn't quick or smooth (although the young man who welcomed me was excellent). The cups don't fit for the coffee machine. There is no direct way from the carpark to the main building although there is a……
