“I went in a little concerned but once I saw the property in person I felt way better. The front desk saw I was using a walker it would have been considerate to ask if I needed a handicap room close to handicap parking. He didn’t speak or ask how I was doing. Yes that’s very rude when you have paying customers. There are blotches of paint on the ceiling that should be fixed. There is a small incline as you go into the bathroom area I would encourage them to put something there to avoid someone……

“Only observation is the room really needed to have lamps. The overhead lights, even the ones that are above, the bed are very very bright.”

“Front desk person was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was okay but eggs were lukewarm. If you need a shuttle keep calling. The phone isn't always answered. The shuttle driver was great.”

“If you are flying out of Hobby you couldn't get closer (very little airport noise). And right side of town for the Space Centre. Being close to the airport I couldn't find very many amenities (dining, supermarket, etc) within walking distance. It served my purpose at a good $$$ rate”

“The young lady who checked me in was pleasant and got me going pretty quickly. Gentleman who picked me up in the shuttle was polite, and helpful. A couple issues I had was on the nightstand underneath the telephone, I guess the previous huest forgot their fake eyelashes, and they were missed in the clean-up. The place waa decent and convenient for a one night layover, thin walls though. Overall 6/10. ”
