“The hotel is modern and comfortable. Walkable distance from the Opera station. The hotel staff all very very friendly and helpful. The amenities provided were of very high quality. Too bad we only stayed for one night. Would love to stay for longer next time to try their breakfast and restaurant.”

“The check in was quick with pleasant staff. However, the room I reserved was with a window that cannot be opened. There was only heat in the room, only heat. It was too hot but after turning off the aircon I could not breathe because there was no ventilation at all. I did not sleep for whole night! ”

“房東態度很不好!!! 我們在退房時，房東有檢查房間，並未告知我們房間很髒亂要扣押金，回國後看到帳單才發現扣了我們€200，期間都無任何的通知。 之後我們問房東也只回覆因為房間弄的很髒亂，根據清潔人員的評估需多花2-3小時整理.我們一頭霧水, 因為我們並沒有用的很髒。所以再次詢問他是否說是哪一部份很髒並請提供照片說明，假設如同房東所說的情形，這筆清潔費，我們該付就會付，結果房東就已讀不回。 姑且不論入住當日他態度就不太友善，不給任何具體說明，只憑清潔人員認為就扣押金，這種行為也太不合理了。我們在2年前也入住過，當時房東也都沒這些狀況，不知道為何這次會這樣。感覺非常差勁！！”

“飯店服務人員非常好，房間裝潢和清潔度也都很好，但是空調不好調整，不是太冷就是太熱，另外水壓不夠大,不好洗澡。 是不錯的飯店，這兩點比較可惜。”

“The location was excellent. The security outstanding. The decor lovely. The service really good until they started ignoring me because they couldn't figure out the wifi issues we encountered. We had it find on day 1 and then not again for the rest of our 5 days. We had to pay more money to extend our personal travel data on our phones x 4 as a result of not getting wifi for the 4 other days. The washer/dryer in the unit should only be used for absolute needs. Its a combined small unit……

“The place of the hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurant and it is near to the metro station. Elevator works, but soundproofing is not that good. You can keep hear the voice of the elevator working every day. Staff is nice. You can deposit the luggage and it is free! Btw, the shampoo is too dry…”
