“Front desk clerk was kind and professional. He answered all my questions and even saw him with other guests do the same. Nice facility. Small critique: the dryer did not dry a full load. And, the shampoo/ conditioner is in a dispenser mounted on the wall. Says "gently squeeze". Well, no. It's actually a bit tough to get out. I mention because we were in a handicap room and just regular small bottles would be easier to use. ”

“I as to tired to drive the rest of the way to Chicago. Desk associate was super nice while I was checking in and went straight to my room and went to sleep. Room was clean, checking out was easy and had free breakfast. Safely arrived in Chicago ”
