“The hotel was in the perfect location for the rail station, which was the reason for booking. The hotel was adequate in regards to their facilities, and the owner was very friendly, which is always a plus. The room was small, but fine for an overnight stay. It was a little bit musty in smell, though probably just needed airing a little bit more. Breakfast was reasonable and I was accommodated for allergies and preference. ”

“Stayed one night on a solo trip. Lovely location and views. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Clean and presentable. Best thing about the stay was the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast was a late addition for me and I'm glad I did. Good quality and choice. ”

“What a little gem, we had a lovely greeting from the host very welcoming, Who showed us to the lovely room,everything was presented beautifully, bed was comfy ,lovely soft pillows and bedding, the breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruits, breads ,plenty of choices, lovely guest house ”

“We had a nice stay but sadly my partner and I were awoken at 7am by someone using a loud garden strimmer. Called the front desk to see if trimming the grass could be delayed and was told the person doing it would be moved to a different area to give us some peace and quiet, but the person kept strimming near us anyway. Bit of a shame as we'd had a late night and were looking forward to a lie in. The room was very nice though. Whilst dinner was nothing to write home about, the breakfast was……

“The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately on booking we didnt look at opening times. We booked to stay on a Monday. The hotel takes bed & breakfast bookings but the bar & restaurant isnt open on Mondays. So we had to drive 15 minutes to another village for food. Not what we realy wanted to do, but the luckily the other pub served food. It only says on opening time that the bar & restaurant is closed Mondays. It needs to more clearer on website as why would we look at……
