“We have stayed at The Victory three times now, it is very convenient if you want to go out for food around West Mersea and don't want to worry about driving. Plus it is close to the seafront walk of West Mersea Beach. Rooms are very clean, plus you have the advantage that they are part of a pub, therefore the ability to step down for a drink or food at any point.”

“ We really enjoy our stay at the farm. The location is very convenient, in a quiet spot but close to a well connected road. Our duplex had everything we needed for a short stay including a well equipped kitchen when and bathroom with toiletries. We took advantage of the amenities of the farm including the playing area with plenty of toys for a toddler aged child as well as pool and foosball tables and outdoor space (swimming pool was still close at this time). “A lovely property with a great pub. The food was excellent and thankfully the weather was sunny and warm. What a wonderful evening to eat outside in their Olive Garden. The owners and the staff were all so helpful in guiding us to a sweet evening stroll. We knew they had great reviews and they are well deserved. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and cool.
