“My family and I stayed in this hotel and experienced very unprofessional service and dishonesty from the night shift staff Jovane in this end of Nov. We went back to the hotel at around 12:30 AM. We could not open our door after inserting the key card for a few times, so we went to the lobby and asked Jovane to check whether there was a problem with our key card. He checked our card and said there wasn’t any problem and asked us to try again. We then went up to our room again and tried again……

“The only down side was over and hour and a half wait for dinner otherwise awesome ex with the grandkids ”

“The only problem was the in house restaurant. You need to make sure that you make a reservation otherwise (as we experienced) there was no eating spaces available for dinner. However, lots of great restaurants nearby (8-9 km away) and a large indoor mall & other key stores around these restaurants as well.”

“Very spacious, nice decore. Lots of area for breakfast that is included and has hot and cold breakfast options.”
