“My husband and I enjoyed everything about our stay at Ashdown Park Hotel. The team are super friendly, our room was lovely and very clean and luxurious. The grounds are well kept and a pleasure to stroll around. There are good fitness facilities, however we were there for a romantic trip. We had a lovely evening meal, but feel that there could have been more choice. The breakfast was delicious and well made. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay special. ”

“Amazing themed rooms, very clean m with crisp white cotton sheets, and very comfy bed and pillows. Powerful shower and fluffy towels. Breakfast choice was amazing, cooked to order , very hot and tasty. Staff could not have been more helpful, requested more tea and milk sachets, bought to our room with 5 mins and asked if we would prefer fresh milk! Lady serving breakfast was lovely, very helpful and friendly Definitely stay here again ”

“We realy enjoyed our stay. The proprietor, Jazz, couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, arranging check-in time at our convenience. It is a little noisy on a busy road, but has good double glazing, was quiet between 11pm and 6 am, and with ear-plugs we slept very well and uninterrupted. Highly reccommended. ”

“If you want a full service hotel with a small inn or B&B feel to it - Hotel du Vin is a great choice. The food in the Bistro was excellent and the service from the team in the bar is wonderful as well. Great location for walking to local restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend the Hotel du Vin. ”
