“The family rooms more like an apartment were excellent. Everything you needed in the room including dvds for the kids. The host was brilliant and locals in the bar were welcoming. The location and setting lovely. Would recommend to stopping here”

“It's a very friendly hotel. The room was clean & cozy. The restaurant also very good and I didn't need to find a place to eat. Excellent for a night or two and explore the nearby area.”

“Staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Room was excellent, nice bed and bed linen, extremely clean and warm - provided everything you might need in way of tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. Excellent TV with all the stations. Stay included breakfast, we only had the continental as had an early departure but hot breakfast was also available. Would highly recommend.”

“The room was very cosy and clean. The bed was comfy and we both slept really well (in part because it was so quiet too). Massive TV with all streaming services available, tea and coffee making facilities and a powerful electric shower. The room could do with a little bit of touching up and maintenance but this was greatly outweighed by everything mentioned above. We had a few drinks in the pub both nights we were there and the staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious car park available……
