“There is not much you can say about this property and its owner manager. It is just billed. We had our entire family and it was perfect. Even more space than we felt the photos and summary suggested. Karen goes the extra mile with making sure there’s firewood, makings for s’mores, And everything just laid out. The communication was on point to check in and exit. It is probably, no I’ll back off and say, it’s the best property we’ve ever rented through VRBO.”

“Regal on the River is a great place to stay. It is very close to everything and the walk to restaurants and tubing is very easy( not on a hill and no incline) The villa has everything you will need for your stay including extra towels and washcloths. The hot tub was very nice. It is very clean and we always love having a place that has keyless entry. The owner is very easy and quick to communicate with. I would defiantly recommend this villa. ”

“Super convenient to Betty's, which is our favorite after hours wind down spot. VRBO did not send us the code to get into the building, just our room, so we were locked out for a minute. We had to call customer service and they gave us the code. ”
