“Adele at the reception was extremely helpful and cheerful. The bed is very comfy. Was just little disappointed that there’s no balcony in the room as shown on the booking photos. ”
“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

Uma pena é o check-in 16h e check-out 10h... se for uma viagem curta fica prejudicado. Você faz o procedimento de check-in antes de forma online (inclusive o pgto da taxa) não estranhe... foi feito contato antes e tudo funcionou muito bem.”
