“The Pub has just been reopened after a major renovation and the rooms are like new. We were in room 1 and it has a lovely big comfy bed and a bathroom that you could have football match in… huge! Big bath and shower 2 sinks etc. nice food, friendly staff etc. All good!!”

“Staff was kind and replied promptly via whatsapp. The hardware of the apartment was good but software need to be improved. Staff was prepared the bed linen and towel for us but all with wrinkles seems not tidy and the size was not fit. No tissue at apartment and the heater was not functioned well, we need to ask for help but need a long time for attending us.”

“Huge place and comfortable enough. TV has no signal and there was no sign of a wifi code and no connection that I could make, so pointless having a tv in the place as not useable. Rooms were comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice too, shower needs some attention though as the top head is so limescales it sprays over the top of the shower and on to the floor, and there is some bad mould on the base, door runners also not working properly. Great location and for the size of the place not……

“Warm, friendly welcome by the owner. As it turned out, we were the only visitors staying in the hotel, so had a nice opportunity for a chat over a beer - well stocked with what appeared to be the full range of bottled beers from Purple Moose Brewery of Porthmadog. Food was fantastic - both of us had the lamb which was stunning. Lots of it & full of flavour. The accompanying vegetables were equally full of taste. “Beautifull venue, great and very friendly personell. Great room. One minor point, we had a room in the attic and with 30+ and only a ventilator is was very very hot for a long time into the night. But that is the only minor point the staff made up for it in friendlyness and service.”

“Large spacious room finished to a high standard & clean. Plenty of tea, coffee & milk. Bed was large & comfortable. Good central location for shops & restaurants & less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. Recommend this hotel & we would definitely go back.”

“Nice hotel, friendly owners with car parking. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The room was a bit "compact", not much room to move around and the bathroom was tiny. I would certainly recommend the hotel, nice location high above the town.”
