“Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! ”

“This was our first experience staying in a self catering accommodation and it won’t be the last. We had everything needed to live comfortably. The view was amazing too. Jan came in to welcome us so gracefully on our first night and made us feel really welcome. The house was beautifully decorated and cozy, made us feel like we were home. “It was a delightful two night stay with a full Cornish breakfast. It seemed to have been renovated recently. Very clean and up to date. Location was excellent - a 3 minute walk from the train station and bus depot. Belinda and Bob were wonderful hosts. Would definitely reserve again on any future trip to Penzance. Easy to get to St Ives and Mousehole/Newlyn.”

“I know it’s very easy to criticise a stay but we have stayed in most of the harbour hotels and this one lacks the sparkle we normally expect. Service was very slow and tables left uncleared for lengthy periods. Not blaming the good staff but they were sparse and under pressure. There were stains on the bed base and carpets and shower hard to use and this was in one the the most expensive rooms. We ordered room service one item didn’t turn up and the other was not what we ordered so again not……
