“Our room was lovely and it had a nice window overlooking the street. We saw staff/host coming in every now and then and they were fantastic and nice.
I had by accident broken a glass of wine and told the host that I'd pay for it however he said that all is good!
Will definitely come back!”

“AMAZING!!! The restaurant team were simply the best. We had our 7 year old grandson with us who has autism, and the staff went well over and above for us.
George spoke to him, Keiran the chef came
out of the kitchen to see him. Truly exceptional and in his words “the best night ever”. Service goes a long way and this whole team nailed it, even with our annoyingly awkward requests with our meals. We love a night away and I have not experienced service like this for a long time. “Lovely, historic boutique hotel in Ayr. Small, but nicely appointed room, convenient location. Near the beach, close to transportation, etc. Walked to a beautiful golf course, Belleisle, and played there on a spectacular sunny day. Enjoyed 2 breakfasts and dinners in their restaurant. Very pleased with our choice of accommodations. ”
