“Overall the house was very nice. Looks like it was recently renovated. Would have been nice if the hot tube. Needs 5o have a vacuum cleaner available for thw guests to use. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable ”

“COMMENTS: *Outside lights did not work. Dangerous dark outside stairs. *Downstairs had cobwebs and bugs in hall. *Downstairs had a musty smell and not same quality as main floor. *Area with ping ball table NEEDED to be sweep and cleaned. FILTHY!! *Keurig coffee pot Did NOT Function. *Downstairs bath drain was CLOGGED and nasty. *Bunk room lamp no shade and didn't work. *Sliding glass door on first level did not lock, a stick was used to stop door from opening. *Dust and dirt under sofa, on……

“This house was really nice. Located in a quiet development, very clean. 2 minute walk to pool. 3-5 minute walk to the private beach. We had one very tiny issue which was rectified within a hour of calling property management. Had some ants in the kitchen, they had pest control out immediately. All of the decks had good views. The hot tub was amazing. Only thing mot giving a 10 out of 10 is that the beds weren’t great. Very hard”

Seems like a lot of rules initially - don't get intimidated. Most of it is common sense stuff. Overall a beautiful home. Our dogs loved hanging out on the porches. ”

“we stay at Duck few times and love this area, this property is pretty close to Duck road so if sounds of cars bother you this is not for you, bring your cart for umbrellas are chairs. property is pretty private surrounded by trees, you will be bug sprays”
