“I believe the best part of my experience was after we had an excellent experience with our stay we had our breakfast and upon check out had a billing error. With that being said it was handled with amazing customer service and Spring Hill made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner! I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay at especially for the price, it’s unbeatable and I look forward to staying again in the future!”

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……
