“Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges. “I chose this place because of its location for what I wanted to be closer to and it's price of less than $100 a night. Mistake. I booked a kid room and asked for a 1st floor. 6 weeks before the booking date. Go to check in the lady at the desk says you have a double Queen of the 2 floor. I said no I booked a king. She says OK. Then I asked about the 1st floor. We are sold out. Requested 6 weeks ago seriously. Ok. So I go to my room up the rusty busted steps past the strong smell……

“Very clean hotel, quiet, close to everything. The only bad thing i discovered was the bathroom door was difficult to close all the way. Was also difficult to open it back once you did get it closed”
