“It’s in a great location. You’re in walking distance to everything. The bed was very comfortable and I love the dispensers for shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I’ve never seen that before, but then again I do t travle a lot. Nanaimo is a lovely city and the people are friendly. We will be back”

“Clean rooms and felt safe staying here. Parking around the actual property is a bit awkward the retail/office places on the lower levels have access to the same parking from 9am-5pm. When you have luggage and need to transport that to your room without close parking, it is a huge pain.”
