“Hermosa habitación todo muy limpio y cuidado. Nos dejaron una botella de vino y unas galletas además de un mensaje de bienvenida lo que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente. Hay café de cápsulas gratis. En fin muchos detalles. Todo es nuevo y la cama muy cómoda. El único problema que la hora de salida sea a las 10 am me parece muy temprano y que el check in sea tan limitado pues solo puedes llegar antes de las 18:30 pero en general todo está muy bien y lo recomiendo……

“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. “房間的熱水跟溫度很好，飯店離碼頭只有5分鐘的距離且只需過一個橋，不用提行李上下。因環保因素不提供洗髮精與牙膏牙刷。 當天我們被安排在櫃臺旁的無障礙房間，聽的到櫃臺人員打噴嚏的聲音...而我們的房間早在去年9月即訂房，而不是候補進去的。 另因房間wifi收訊很差，故請櫃臺協助處理wifi無法連線的問題，櫃臺只進來晃了一圈，說他手機的收訊很好就走了...請他協助更換房間也被置之不理，覺得很沮喪。”

Like all of Venice, the building was very old and a large supporting beam ran through the shower. It was fine for us, but could be difficult for someone tall.
