“What a delightful, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Sedona (without having to be in its crazy traffic), Cottonwood, Jerome and the Verde Valley vineyards and wineries! This property is an inviting home, and in a comfortable location from which to explore all this wonderful area has to offer. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!”

“The property is clean, well stocked and well provisioned. The dishes are more than needed and seemed like nothing was needed to live day to day. The furniture is clean, stable and comfortable. The closets are spacious . Would hihgly recommend triming the landscaping to prevent damage to cars and pedestrians on walkway. The hot water heater seemed like it was kettling and woke us up nightly. The water heater may need to be troubleshot to prevent future serious problems. Over all, it was a very……
