"The place of the hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurant and it is near to the metro station. Elevator works, but soundproofing is not that good. You can keep hear the voice of the elevator working every day. Staff is nice. You can deposit the luggage and it is free! Btw, the shampoo is too dry…"

"缺點： 因為著重環保省水，淋浴蓮蓬頭每十秒就要重新按壓開關，不僅如此水量小得不得了，洗澡像是沒洗的樣子！房間內暖氣幾乎沒有運作，洗完澡大人小孩都冷到發抖，晚上睡覺還要包緊緊才保暖！ 優點： 四人房空間大，三個大行李箱都能打開，旅館地點靠近地鐵方便，二樓餐廳輕食好吃！"

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"
