“非常好，酒店员工都很热情周到，客房较新，整洁，离路边也近，交通便利，比较好找。酒店免费早餐也不错，每天不同的特色汤非常好。”

“酒店的設計很美，不可以用單反拍照，但是checkin時才知道，要拍的話，要付1000多元...無奈 房間復古設計，但真的是復古到連電插面也不夠..淋浴設備水壓很弱，而且時冷時熱.. 晚上1點房外保安人員談天房間清晰聽到，早上8時spa在進行清拆工程，超強澡音，睡不了.. 房間蟲子也很多，早上還發現床上有蟲子死屍，身上也有被蟲咬.. 還有房間沒有熱水器，要到餐廳拿... 我在峇里住了4間酒店，這間真的是太差了，酒店職員連看到您也不多理會您，價錢也不值，職員態度也不好”

“Extremely good services. Staff are all polite, helpful, considerate and nice. Especially thanks to our butler Prima. He was so helpful to solve my big problem. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It would be much better if the lighting is brighter. If there is play zone for kids, it would be even more kids-friendly, but the resort is still suitable for family with kids (as I brought along with my 1.5 year old girl). ”

“舊酒店，毛巾和床鋪舊得賓館也不用，套房的門鎖每天壞一次，每次都入不到，員工走入另一個爬入露台入去門囗，酒店有叫我轉房，但太多東西，費事煩”

“Hot water in the bathroom is not hot and is just warm. Wasted 1.5 hour but still cannot rectify. No solution. Finally my family needed to take shower at the changing room of swimming pool! BTW, the floor is dirty.”

“The hotel is an old hotel with best location on the beach. It was a family trip with two toddlers, we were staying at the cottage suite. Love the restaurant - good food with best view possible, Love the pool - big and kids friendly, The room is a bit outdated, and you could find spiders, gecko, and ants in the room, it's not their fault, they were there before humans are, but i am a bit frighten. ”

“A nice villa. Although it is not a new villa, it is well maintained. The manager and the owner of villa are friendly. Staying in this villa makes me feel relaxing. It is closed to Jimbaran breach and the restaurants.”

“Amazing service on the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staffs are super friendly with great attitude and smiles. We requested quite a number of times with additional services including extra water, towel, others yet staffs continued to be very attentive and kind. Highly recommended and live up to it's 5 stars reputation!”

“There are many villas, this was good location and easy to get transport anywhere. Pools were nice and cold after a hot day. Air con in rooms where good and tvs to chill out. Breakfast was ok but cold when arrived and not possible to heat it up, kitchen area good. Pool area does not get the sun so difficult to dry your clothes ”

“I like the cleanliness and service. When we first reach , i was amazed how they kept the hotel room clean. It looked very stunning! I would definitely recommend this hotel to you as they also have great food. Services were amazing! One of the staff's name from the hotel restaurant BackStage, was Ramon, he was very kind to us and responsive. He went the extra mile and talked to us. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and we would like the hotel to commend Ramon for his good work.”

“第一天晚上用浴缸的時候發現漏水了，整個地下都是濕的，而且沒有熱水供應。我們馬上聯絡了酒店職員，她的反應也很快，馬上安排換房，也升等了。房間設施比較舊，但也住得很舒適，只是燈光比較暗沉點。職員都很友善，自助早餐選擇不算多，但蠻好吃的，其中一天我們去了Beach Club吃早餐，感覺很Relax。晚餐也是在beach club享用，不錯！如果有時間，請務必一定要去酒店的Spa!!!超級推薦，做完有全身放鬆的感覺！”
