“非常安靜非常舒適，房間非常寬敞。晚上在泳池很放鬆。早餐衛生且可口美味。接待極為和善，經理（應該是法國人）還曾經住過台灣臺北。”

“Ich habe mir zu beginn mehr erhofft. Eigentlich bin ich für die Preis Leistung nicht so penibel, zu Anfang dachte ich, ok es wird schon gehen. Aber das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, in meinem Zimmer befanden sich jedliche Ungeziefer, mitunter ein Skorpion 😱 Auf dem Bett waren sehr viele insekten, da die Decke scheinbar gut als insektennest geeignet war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gab mir zu Anfang gleich ein anderes Zimmer mit einem netzt über dem Bett. So konnte ich relativ gut……

“Die Bungalows sind in einem sehr schönen, gut gepflegt im Garten gelegen und haben fast alle Blick auf den Pool. Sie sind geräumig und das Bett ist sehr gut und mit einem Moskitonetz versehen. Es war für uns ohne Probleme möglich, von dem gebuchten Zimmer ohne air con auf eines mit air con upzugraden. Allerdings gegen entsprechenden Aufpreis. Und der war sehr viel höher, als die Preisdifferenz bei Expedia. Die Klimaanlage hat dann auch leider nicht so gut funktioniert, wie wir uns das gewünscht……

“We had a good time in Balangan abd stayed two nights at the Aman Gati Hotel. Although overall the place is very nice, the service provided was very bad or non existent. First when I called the hotel 1 day before arrival they couldn’t find our reservation and they asked to resend the confirmation email which I did send to the email they told me. Over the phone I also asked for a driver to pickup at airport but received no confirmation over email or phone. When we arrived at the hotel I received……

While the condition in the facility isn't good ants and cold water is normal so if you choose this hotel be prepared.”

“Wunderschöne große Villa mit schönem Pool. Betreuung während des Aufenthalts war sehr freundlich. Leider gab es tagsüber eine Baustelle nebenan. In der Umgebung nur wenige Geschäfte. Strand eher nur für erfahrene Surfer geeignet. Aber trotzdem ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ”
