“Absolutely amazing staff!! They all went above and beyond!! Breakfast was next level Amazing!! Special shout out to staff Mangde, Gek Tri, the twins Ana and Ani, Yoga and Agus, ita and Ari!! (The dream team!!) The pool area was Devine. The food was amazing, though prices were same as Australia. A fair bit away from anything (except GoKart track) but Gojek and Grab made this no worries!! ”

“Cute little villa, spent a night here. Great Value for money for the space and facilities. A small pool surrounded by trees to chill. Staff are friendly and kind. One note: they only serve breakfast, no lunch or dinner, and it’s in the inner area, u need to order grab for food or go out. This is not a problem for me since I’m doing a very short stay and spent my time outside. ”

“We would like file a complaint about this hotel - The Leaf Jimbaran - Jimbaran. As we check in this hotel on 3 May, we found the hotel room really in a very bad conditions as follows: 1. too dark 2. wood looks dirty 3. water was too slow 4. water shower was broken 5. some metal furniture was badly coroded 6. room smells terrible 7. picture shown in the website is totally looks different with the original look We had lodged compliant to the Manager of Leaf Jimbaran Villa and they……

“We had the delux room for 3 nights. The room looks different from the internet photos we doubted that was the delux room. It’s near the road side,very noisy I can hear dog barking,motorcycling, people outside talking and their working noise(the hammer hitting ). I had very bad sleep during the stay even I am tired after sight seeing for whole day. The most unacceptable is the rain permeate in from the ceiling and drop into bed......me and my girlfriend have to squeeze into other side of bed. We……

“很漂亮的一个海边酒店，位置很好，很方便，出来就是海滩，很美。海边很多海鲜烧烤，味道不错。至于房间还是有一些不足，空调漏水，卫生间的顶上也漏水，而且空调躁音很大，温度打到最低可房间依然不冷。WiFi信号也不是很强。最难以接受的是床单上还有污迹，让我感觉很不舒服。”

“Biu Biu is a excellent resort with stunning sea horizon view and the open bath (required prior reservation) with sunset view is great. There is also a small private beach with nice wave. Restaurent for breakfast and dinner are lovely. We will definitely come back again in Bali. ”

“部屋は写真以上に綺麗でびっくりしました。部屋にはマッサージベッドもあって、マッサージを呼ぶこともできました。レストランもいっぱいあって、食べる場所には苦労しません。 レジデンスから徒歩数分のセガラホテルのカランというレストランとLunaというルールトップバーにはよく行きました。夜は部屋のプライベートプールでゆっくり泳げて最高です！”
