“Amazing service on the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staffs are super friendly with great attitude and smiles. We requested quite a number of times with additional services including extra water, towel, others yet staffs continued to be very attentive and kind. Highly recommended and live up to it's 5 stars reputation!”

“在櫃臺ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｉｎ入住後,進入房間準備梳洗. 但浴室竟然沒有熱水． 我撥打電話詢問櫃臺, 櫃臺回答熱水供應系統壞了.我進一步詢問我必須 洗個澡，能怎麼處理？對方不耐煩回答：我很抱歉你要洗澡,但沒有熱水． 櫃臺在接到我詢問電話的第一時刻，不需要查詢瞭解，就可以立即回覆熱水供應系統壞掉，顯然這個狀持續了一段時間．那為何稍早在我 ｃｈｅｃｋ　ｉｎ時沒有告知？一直到隔天上午１１點退房時，仍然沒有熱水供應．顯然飯店也沒打算解決這個問題． 待客態度極差，我以後不會再來，也不建議其他旅客入住．　　 ”

“Ich habe mir zu beginn mehr erhofft. Eigentlich bin ich für die Preis Leistung nicht so penibel, zu Anfang dachte ich, ok es wird schon gehen. Aber das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, in meinem Zimmer befanden sich jedliche Ungeziefer, mitunter ein Skorpion 😱 Auf dem Bett waren sehr viele insekten, da die Decke scheinbar gut als insektennest geeignet war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gab mir zu Anfang gleich ein anderes Zimmer mit einem netzt über dem Bett. So konnte ich relativ gut……
