“Love this place !! Very clean rooms that are huge and a full Kitchen, loved the bathroom with my own vanity. The courtyard feels safe and is so pretty !! Definitely will be back.”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we arrived. The staff gave us a different room immediately. They even brought us the key up to our floor and made sure the new room was fine!!”

“New property was very nice. Staff was almost overbearingly nice. The only complaint I have was the fact that all the bottles (shampoo, body wash, and conditioner) were empty. Just a bar of soap would have been fine. I usually bring my own soap but not this time. ”

“nice place to stay. near several attractions. breakfast was good, but wish they would have had tea bags (they had hot water dispenser next to coffee?). staff was excellent, very helpful and professional. liked the Dove products in bathrooms. Could walk to Beale street, Sun Studio, and baseball park. It is on a busy intersection, so there is some traffic noise, but not a big deal. Very comfortable bed, would stay again!”

“斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。 早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。”

“We had a great stay at the residence Inn. We had a lovely suite that was clean and comfortable with a nice little kitchen. Things are clean and well-maintained. We would stay here again.”

“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”
