“Room is super clean and cozy. Price is reasonable. The location is great and far away from sketchy areas. Staff is super helpful and friendly. One thing that people always ignore but their house keeping service is the best I’ve ever had in the US. Definitely a great deal and will stay there again.”
“The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.”

“It was great as always, the valet upon arrival was somewhat difficult and the man in the valet front did not seem too interested in helping us, maybe he was overwhelmed? The police had to come ask us to move because we were blocking the way. There was a lot of cars waiting to be parked and we were not told where to go. They just said park anywhere and we will get to it. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.”
