“Everything was good, except the valet Parking. They charge $50 for the valet parking. We text the valet ticket number and then we have to go and wait for considerable amount of time before the car comes out. The valet has to wait on us and we should not wait on the valet when we are paying $50 for one night. This must change. I could see they were very short staffed. Yet they were charging every exorbitant amount, but not staffing up well to provide good quality of service. ”

“The room was clean and had all the very minimal basics in place. It's strange because there were some nice upgrades that almost made it feel like a higher quality tier hotel, like the big fancy sink and mirror, and the nice shower tiling. But then there were little things missing that made it inconvenient and uncomfortable. There is no kind of shelving or rack in the shower, not even outside the shower, so you have to put soap and shampoo on the floor of the shower. There is no shelving at all……

“Clean room and convenient, connecting to Convention Center. Very polite receptionist and being helpful during the checkin/out. A little suggestion to the hotel: it would be great if the noise from the compressor of the vendor machine, of some floors, could be reduced.”

“It was quaint and pleasantly humble. The staff were decent and civil. Short visit. Short money. Solo? Hit em up!”

“Clean, check in took awhile, small parking spots. No ice machine. No coffee. TV was kinda funky, but tor $90 bucks, not bad! Nice people ”

“The hotel itself is awesome, new and super clean! Very nice staff and great lobby and facilities. Downtown San Jose is a dump it’s not the hotels fault. The parking lot is really safe and secure, I’d definitely stay here again.”
