“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. “酒店旁边的餐厅 味道巨好 我开车去的，所以查的时候 选的是有停车场的 第一次去威尼斯也不懂 比较二 以为可以开到酒店。 我们停车的地方到酒店两公里吧 各种桥要搬行李 酒店没有电梯 但是服务态度不错。钥匙上坠的东西巨重，因此酒店会让旅客出门前把钥匙放他们那保管。”
