“We stayed here for only two nights for my birthday, as we wanted to splurge a bit. This is a gorgeous, very well manicured 5-star resort. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a higher level room for my birthday, so that front desk staff knew how to make an impression. The room was crazy amazing fabulous. Look at their website pics as they are very accurate. Expedia includes two tours when booking, so we got a fabulous night frog tour, and a half-day personalized tour of their wildlife……

“Absolutely perfect! The facilities are first class, clean and well maintained, but it is the helpful and friendly staff who make it so special. The front desk staff were perfect, and the chef at the free breakfast, Minor, showed us around all the wonderful new fruits, and Tifara helped us arrange a late check out to coincide with our shuttle.
